Hendo's Property Services is a locally owned South Lake Tahoe business. Whether you live here full-time or enjoy Tahoe as your second home, we understand that there are always those little things that seem to just come up with owning a home. A repair person needs access to the house. Something does not look quite right in the backyard. A storm comes through and you want someone to check on things. The lawn needs attention while you are away.
That is where we come in. We are here to manage and care for your property — and to be the person you think of when something comes up at your Tahoe home and you need someone local, dependable, and willing to lend a hand.
Areas we can assist you with
Property Checks
A visual inspection of the exterior, a look around the property after a storm, and help troubleshooting connected devices such as doorbell cameras. We report back with an update and photographs when appropriate.
Yard and Lawn Care
Recurring visits while you are away to water plants, mow the lawn, spread mulch, and place trash or recycling containers where they need to go.
Cleanup and Hauling
Cleanup after a bear gets into the garbage, sorting and organizing a garage, light furniture moving, and hauling unwanted items to the appropriate disposal or donation facility.
Organizing, Moving and Errands
Need boxes sorted in the garage, furniture rearranged for a new desk, or a truckload of mulch spread across the yard? Just ask. We will talk through the scope with you beforehand so we know we can safely take it on.
Our Promise
Our goal is to earn your respect and trust and become your go-to local partner for home and property services in South Lake Tahoe. When something just comes up, give Hendo's a call. We are here to help.
